The level of care and support I was given during my eye test was absolutely fantastic and the staff were thoroughly professional. The Optometrist was first class and extremely knowledgeable and fully explained the procedures the throughout each test and the results at the conclusion. Excellent service, very friendly, great with my 11 yr old son. The length of time for the glasses to arrive (2 weeks) is too long in my opinion, my step daughter in Pontypridd had hers in 48 hours.
